Welcome to ADN Mart! We're committed to delivering your orders in a timely and secure manner. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines all the important information you need to know about our delivery process, timelines, costs, and more.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently offer shipping services across all major cities and towns in India. Whether you're ordering from a metropolitan area or a remote location, we aim to get your products to your doorstep as quickly and safely as possible.

2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email or SMS with order details and a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

  • In some cases, processing times may be extended due to high order volumes, stock availability, or quality checks.

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Metro cities: 2–5 business days

  • Tier 2 & 3 cities: 4–7 business days

  • Remote areas or villages: 6–10 business days

Please note: These are estimated delivery windows and not guaranteed dates.

4. Shipping Charges

  • We offer free shipping on select products and promotions.

  • For other orders, shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at the time of checkout.

  • Any additional shipping costs such as remote area surcharges (if any) will be communicated before order confirmation.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking ID and courier service name. You can track your order in real time through the courier partner’s website or via our "Track Your Order" section.

6. Delivery Partners

We work with trusted and reputed national courier services to ensure safe and timely deliveries, including:

  • Delhivery

  • Blue Dart

  • DTDC

  • India Post

  • Ecom Express, and others.

7. Missed Deliveries

If the delivery attempt fails due to:

  • Recipient not available

  • Incorrect address or contact details

  • Inaccessible location

Our courier partner will make up to two more attempts. If delivery is still unsuccessful, the package will be returned to our warehouse. A re-delivery may be attempted at an additional shipping cost, depending on the situation.

8. Delays and Exceptions

While we strive to meet our promised timelines, delivery may be delayed due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Natural disasters or pandemics

  • Public holidays or strikes

  • Unexpected courier delays

  • Remote or out-of-serviceable area addresses

ADN Mart is not liable for delays caused by courier companies or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. However, we will always try to resolve any issues as swiftly as possible.

9. Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package appears to be tampered with, damaged, or missing items at the time of delivery, please:

  • Do not accept the delivery if the packaging is severely damaged.

  • Take photos of the package and item(s).

  • Report the issue to us within 24 hours of delivery at support@adnmart.com with your order ID and supporting images.

We will investigate and assist you in resolving the issue promptly.

10. Change of Delivery Address

If you wish to change your shipping address after placing an order:

  • Contact us within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • Address changes may not be possible once the item has been dispatched.

11. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Orders can only be placed and delivered within India.
