Refund & Returns Policy

At ADN Mart, your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we’re here to help. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning items and requesting refunds or exchanges.

1. Eligibility for Return

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.

  • The return request is placed within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • The product is not listed as “Non-Returnable” on the product page.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless delivered in damaged or defective condition:

  • Personal care items

  • Opened electronics or gadgets

  • Tools with signs of wear or usage

  • Customized, made-to-order, or clearance sale items

  • Gift cards, if applicable

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Raise a Request

Email us at support@adnmart.com with:

  • Your Order ID

  • Product name(s)

  • Reason for return

  • Clear images of the product and packaging, if damaged/defective

Step 2: Approval

Our team will review your request within 2 business days and notify you of the approval status. If approved, we will arrange for pickup or share shipping instructions.

Step 3: Reverse Pickup or Self-Shipping

  • Reverse pickup will be arranged in serviceable areas.

  • In non-serviceable areas, you may be asked to self-ship the product to our return address. Return shipping charges for voluntary returns (non-defective) are the responsibility of the customer.

Step 4: Quality Check

Once the returned product reaches us, we will conduct a quality inspection. If it meets the return criteria, we will process your refund or exchange.

4. Refund Policy

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed as follows:

Note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong/damaged item).

5. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only if:

  • The product is defective or incorrect, and

  • The same item is available in stock.

If the item is not available, a refund or store credit will be issued based on your preference.


6. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order:

  • Before shipment: Free of charge by contacting us within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • After shipment: Cancellation is not possible; you can initiate a return after receiving the product.

We reserve the right to cancel orders for reasons including stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

7. Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the stated time:

  • Check your bank or payment account again.

  • Contact your bank or payment provider; it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
